A brief word of warning to those with exploratory taste buds. Never allow the malted milk biscuit (Fig. 1A) to be crowned with delicious hummous (fig.2a). The result is initially pleasant, yielding the sweetness of the biscuit accompanied by the tart, refreshing garlic undertones of hummous. What unfortunately follows is a taste akin to bile-coated vomit. I strongly advise sticking to pitta breads and assorted vegetables of a turgid, dippable nature.
